Overview
The Custom Drop provides made-to-order stickers, engraved gifts, plaques, sports-card-style keepsakes, and other customized projects. These terms apply to requests and purchases made through customdropshop.com or arranged with our business. Please review your final quotation and proof before approving production.
Quotes and Order Acceptance
A project inquiry is not an accepted order. Pricing, scope, material, quantity, estimated production time, and shipping charges are confirmed in a written quote or order confirmation. We may decline requests that cannot be completed safely, lawfully, or as requested.
Design Proofs and Revisions
For projects requiring a design proof, production starts only after you approve the final design and payment is received. Up to two reasonable revisions are included with the quote unless your written quote specifies otherwise. Major redesigns or additional revisions may incur additional fees that will be disclosed before you approve them.
Payment
Full payment is due after final design approval and before production unless a different written arrangement is agreed. We may use Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Payment does not authorize production until the order details and approved proof are confirmed.
Customer-Supplied Content
You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to use any photographs, logos, names, trademarks, artwork, or other files you submit. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, layouts, and other personalized details in the final proof. We may reject content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
Colors, Materials, and Handmade Variations
Screen colors, finish, engraving results, and materials may vary slightly from digital previews or reference images. Material substitutions or significant changes affecting the approved design will be discussed before production where practical.
Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates depend on the approved project and are communicated with the quote or order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for delays, tracking, and delivery questions.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Problems
Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before approving a custom order. Your statutory rights, including remedies for defective or misrepresented goods and rights relating to shipment delays, remain unaffected.
Website Use and Limitations
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, or interfere with other users. Website content, branding, and original designs remain the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for temporary interruption or third-party service outages to the extent permitted by law.
