Custom Production
Every project has its own materials, proofing process, and production requirements. We review your request, prepare a quote and design proof when applicable, and begin production only after the final proof is approved and full payment has been received.
Production and Shipping Estimates
Estimated production time and any anticipated shipping date will be communicated in your quote or order confirmation when available. These are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing. Shipping costs and available shipping methods depend on the item and destination and will be disclosed before payment.
Destinations and Carriers
Shipping eligibility and methods are determined by the destination, item dimensions, and carrier availability. We will confirm available options during the quoting process. We do not guarantee delivery to every location.
Tracking and Delivery
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after shipment. Transit times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delays and Required Notices
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, or within 30 days when no time was stated, we will notify you and request consent to a revised shipment date or provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. We will not silently extend an order indefinitely.
Address Accuracy and Damaged Packages
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address and notify us promptly of changes before shipment. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging when possible and contact us with photos and your order reference. We will review carrier issues and applicable remedies.
