Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We review your request and provide a digital proof before payment. Full payment is required after approval and before production.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes, that's the intended workflow. You can attach up to 3 PNG, JPG, WEBP, or PDF files, each up to 5 MB (15 MB total). Files are accepted after secure upload storage and spam protection are configured.
Can I request design changes?
Up to two reasonable revisions are included. Substantial design changes or additional revisions may involve an additional fee, disclosed in advance.
When does production begin?
Only after you approve the final digital proof and pay the invoice in full.
